How long does delivery take?
For orders within the United States, it takes an average of 1 to 3 business days for First Class Mail to arrive at its destination.
For orders outside of the United States, it takes an average of 7 to 21 business days for First Class Mail International to arrive at its destination.
Please be aware that shipping may be delayed due to bad weather, customs, holiday periods, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your product is delayed, we thank you for your patience. If your item(s) have not arrived after 5 weeks, please contact us via Email!
Do you include a packing slip with your orders?
Packing slips are included with all orders. All packing slip information is also available online in your Shopify account and in your email confirmation.
Does my address need to include a full name (first and last name)?
When printing a shipping label via Shopify, they require a buyers first and last name. Buyers must provide the correct name and current address to ship to, and we can't be held responsible for incorrect information.
We will contact buyers for a first name or last name if that information is missing. If a response is not given to us within 48 hours, then we will ship to the name twice (i.e. Bob would be Bob Bob).
What do I do with freebies that I don't like?
With most orders we include free item(s). If you do not like your free item(s), then you may re-gift it or dispose of it. We do not take requests for free items, they are randomly chosen and included with orders.
